John has over 30 years of experience in Construction Administration (CA) for numerous types of projects and works through all phases of CA in Pre-Construction Meetings; Periodic construction site visits and field observation reports; Submittal review, coordination, and distribution; Requests for Information (RFI), Architect’s Supplementary Instruction (ASI), Field Directives; Review of contractor’s application for payment; Final punch list; development and resolution of deficient items. Additionally John has extensive experience in Specification Development and Review; Bid Review and Contractor Recommendation; Quality Assurance; and Estimating.
